What it actually is
A live event only gets one take. The camera plan, the switching, the sound and the platform delivery all have to be right before anyone presses go, because there’s no second pass at post-production to fix a missed shot.
We scale the crew and kit to the event rather than selling a fixed package: a single-camera panel discussion needs a different setup to a multi-day conference with breakout rooms, and we plan for that difference up front.

How many cameras does a typical stream use?
Depends on the venue and the format, from a single locked-off camera for a simple panel to a full multi-camera switched setup for a conference stage. We'll recommend a setup once we know the event.
Which platforms can you stream to?
Most standard streaming platforms and private endpoints. Tell us where your audience already is and we'll deliver there.
Can you provide captions?
Yes, live captioning can be built into the delivery where it's needed.
Do we get a recording afterwards, not just the live stream?
Yes, a recorded pack is standard, and it can be re-versioned into shorter cuts afterwards if that's useful.
What do you need from us in advance?
The venue, run of show, network availability at the venue and who needs to see the stream. The earlier we know, the more of the risk we can plan out before the day.
