So in browsing YouTube after seeing a few examples of international companies having channels on YouTube we came to an important conclusion.
People who subscribe to international channels can choose the option to get a feed from the channel, if they do so they get email notifications that highlight when new content has been uploaded.
If content placed up on the channel is in a language that the person receiving the feed doesn’t comprehend, they will feel isolated.
So although this is a short post we think it’s fairly important, if you have relevant video content to your audience, great, publish it!
At the same time ensure you put links to the other (at least most popular) language versions with the markets you deal with.
Otherwise you might find your viewers unsubscribing quicker than you can say “viewing figures!”.
