Chefs get silly.
Its not our usual thing to produce video of a purely silly nature but when Andy and Jess from http://sillychefs.com asked us to film a piece to showcase the feeling and downright sillyness of their website, we had to give it a go! Although the site is purely silly what we like is how it looks to foster a great relationship between you and your children through cooking. The Silly Chef HQ is based in tetbury Gloucestershire, we shot the video in 5 hours and edited it in a day and a half. We introduced soft product placement into the video as it was sponsored by several cookware companies, and Tala were particularly happy with how it turned out. We are really excited about how their site going forwards and look forward to working with them again in future!
Gloucester City Council Piece.
So this piece was a quick turn around video piece we shot for Gloucester City Council. This was shot with our new cameras and we are happy with the results given the lack of time in post production we were afforded. The video's aim is to show the people and traders of gloucester with a view to achieving the mary portas scheme to help city centres across the UK. If successful this will win the council £100,000 and assistance in making the centre of Gloucester a great deal better for its traders. The total time spent on this project was 4 days Good luck guys!
Bex Presentations Showcase.
Hi Guys, This one is a short presentation from co-director Craig Hellen about a new service we have completing motion graphics invigorated presentations. We have already clocked up a few clients with this one and we see there being a great deal of milage for a variety of presentation types. Using Apple's keynote we are able to create fantastically engaging presentations that work to the clients script and specification, we can even provide the hardware to run it on. Our aim with this is to create something that will act as a great sales and communication tool with excellent visual impact thats stunningly easy to use.
Bupa Ecuador Short.
This project has to be the headline project of 2009 - 2010. The Bex team were tasked by Bupa to document the building of a community and medical center they were building in partnership with The Martha Estrella organisation.
The project is based just outside of Quito, Ecuador. The filming took place over 20 days and the whole project lasted 12 weeks. We worked directly with their Community Connections office (their corporate responsibility arm) to spec. shoot and edit this short film.
